Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LivingRelay, including the LivingRelay web app, mobile app, support workflows, and SMS notification program. By using LivingRelay or providing your contact information for a LivingRelay-managed account, property, work order, vendor workflow, or QA test, you agree to these terms.

Program Name And Description

LivingRelay SMS Notifications is an operational messaging program for rental property maintenance coordination. Messages may include login verification codes, tenant maintenance request updates, manager review notices, vendor scheduling updates, owner approval requests, invoice or payment status updates, QA test messages, and support notices.

Consent To Receive Messages

You may receive messages after you provide your phone number to LivingRelay, are invited to a LivingRelay-managed property or account, participate in a work order or vendor workflow, complete onboarding, request support, or ask an administrator to run QA tests. Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity, property setup, login activity, repair requests, approval steps, vendor scheduling, invoice status, support requests, and QA testing. A single work order may generate several messages as status changes.

Message And Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help And Opt-Out

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. You may also contact support@livingrelay.com for assistance. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive LivingRelay SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LivingRelay only for lawful property maintenance, account, support, and administrative purposes. You may not use the service to send abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized messages, or to interfere with LivingRelay systems or other users.

Accounts And Roles

LivingRelay uses roles such as manager, owner, tenant, vendor, and site administrator to control access to property and repair information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for notifying LivingRelay if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Repair Coordination

LivingRelay helps organize maintenance requests, approvals, vendor coordination, communications, and records. LivingRelay does not guarantee vendor availability, repair outcomes, pricing, payment settlement, or emergency response times unless separately agreed in writing.
