LivingRelay provides rental repair coordination software for property managers, owners, tenants, and vendors. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

Information We Collect

We collect account and contact information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, roles, property assignments, and authentication details. We collect property and repair workflow information such as property names, addresses, unit labels, repair requests, access notes, work order status, vendor details, approval history, invoice records, and support requests.

Messages And Repair Content

LivingRelay may process tenant, manager, owner, and vendor messages, photos, call metadata, and repair notes so the service can classify issues, route approvals, coordinate vendors, keep audit history, and provide support.

SMS Consent And Phone Numbers

LivingRelay uses phone numbers and SMS consent records to deliver requested service, security, account, maintenance, scheduling, vendor coordination, billing, invoice, support, and QA communications. LivingRelay does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent, phone numbers, or SMS message data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the product, authenticate users, provide role-scoped access, coordinate repair workflows, maintain invoice and tax records, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, messaging, phone verification, payment infrastructure, email, voice, analytics, logging, and support operations. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to LivingRelay and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Sharing

We share repair workflow information with users who need it for the property workflow, such as managers, owners, tenants, and vendors. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep repair and invoice audit trails, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.

Your Choices

To request access, correction, deletion, or account assistance, contact privacy@livingrelay.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, compliance, billing, audit, or legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
